If they do visit I don't believe that many do. The camp booklet advises not to because if your child isn't homesick they may become homesick. Or it may make another child home sick seeing your reunion.

I realize how hard it is letting go the first time. I remember that first year like it was yesterday. I learned that its hard on the parents!

When your son comes home full of camp story's and excitement. you will wonder why you ever worried.
