Several weeks ago the Fabcon VP of R&D wrote that they were no longer interested in the Testa site.

Last Thursday, July 3, a letter was received from one of Testa's lawyers stating that Testa is still continuing their application to the Planning Board to use their site for prefab concrete panel manufacture.

Thought you all would want to know this.

The meeting will be held on July 16 at Town Hall.
