It was on public record that Fabcon was no longer interested in the Testa site and they would look elsewhere. What is the truest of purposes to further Fabcon in the village area when they gave up the notion and the past pursuit of being there ? Is there another similar concrete business that wants to be at Testa's site ? I doubt it after what was said at the hearing and then Fabcon shortly after saying they were withdrawing the plan for the village site. What I think is that Testa and their realtors want to create a law suit to enable HEAVY industry on their property knowing they are one but deny being one. They can't have it both ways so they will try to be heard on the 16th and get their way thus ruining the area ,the town, and bring health problems generally to the whole of the town . Testa has no heart when it comes to little children in the area school or the nearby residents nor are they respecting the towns wishes as a whole. I said before that Testa should be a good neighbor not a bad one. It seems they prefer to be bad neighbors rather than be thankful they are on their site with many options for any rental occupancy . They appear to be saying the hell with the people we do not live there and it seems they are of the real old school of ranking classes of people where they look down upon us here in town as servants of their wants and needs. ----- NOW CAN YOU UNDERSTAND WHY I SAY ITS TIME TO GO OVER THE ZONING AND PLANNING BOARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS AND DO AN UPDATE OF THE MASTER PLAN A - S - A - P ? LETS SEE SOME RESPONSIBLE ACTION BY OUR ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS AND THE RESIDENTS OF OUR TOWN BEFORE ITS TO LATE BY GETTING WELL INVOLVED TO AVOID FURTHER PROBLEMS SUCH AS THIS ONE IS!!!!
