These Testa folks are nothing but snakes in the grass. They bring all this up during the summer, knowing full well it's vacation season and our Planning Board is at its weakest. And why wouldn't they, look at how it went for them last summer. The same board members were absent again and again and again, causing a lack of quorum week after week after week. From here it looked like our Planning Board capitulated and gave them final approval with little opposition. Testa's lawyers are hoping for a replay this summer and they'll probably get it. That's why we need a citizens petition fast that calls for a further reduction of the activities in our industrial zones. It needs to be done now, before Testa and Fabcon go for final approval. And personally, I feel these zones should be changed to commercial, residential only. We don't need industries like these in the center of our town.
