I heard a rumor. Maybe someone can confirm it. I heard that
the Plaistow Planning Board's Lawyer didn't even attend the
July 16th meeting when Testa and Fabcon returned to continue
their pitch for setting up a cement operation in the center
of town. Now I suppose the lawyer could have had a previous
engagement or could have been working on another more important
case. That happens. However, you'd think the law office could
have at least sent down one of their junior partner to hold
the fort. I just hope they all weren't at the Atkinson Country
Club playing golf. Hey Planning Board meeting are on Wednesdays!
And the fact didn't escape me that a lawer for Fabcon attended
the meeting and created quite a show. Hi Attorney Campbell.

Thumbs up for Leigh Komornick for standing in for the Planning
Board Lawyer. Whenever the town needs defending she's always
been there. I think she need a raise and an assistant so she
can devote more of her time to the town's Master Plan.

Thumbs down for Tim Moore. It's not Leigh's responsibility
to fill in for the Board lawyer. Peter Bealo, we need a real
Planning Board Chairman, interested?
