We wouldn’t like to have a fiery palaver or public debate between the former president and the former vice-president as to whose fault it was that the SLPP lost the last election. Suffice it to say that  when Solomon says “I was speaking of betrayal by friends whom I had trusted implicitly and who turned out to be traitors”, human nature is curious as to exactly who these traitors could be – and that knowledge could do more harm than good, in some quarters.
