Yep, I use to have a Helix and anytime it was viewed from an angle, you couldn't really make out the temp since the LCD just showed 8's all the way accross and mine wasn't lighted it was the black liquid display type.

Those temps sound right on the money and the results pretty much speak for themselves. But as I'm sure you know as does Al, temps at Tony's place commonly reached the high 80s and even the low 90s during the summer months so although I don't think them appropriate for breeding purposes, this is but one example of a very successful breeder that used higher temps than I during the off season.
